This studio is situated on the ground floor in a beautiful condominium building and comes with a terrace that is large enough for enjoying a meal outside. It has an equipped kitchen and for those hot summer nights it's nice to know that this unit has an air conditioner as well as a community pool. Wifi is of course free of charge.

The studio was fully refurbished in November 2014 and is ideal for 2 people but can also accommodate children up to 3 years old. We will provide with a baby cot.

A parking place is provided for free and a parking in a garage might be available but not guaranteed. Please ask for the garage beforehand if that is important for you and we will say if it's available or not.

Restaurants and marina are located 100m from the studio.

This is the best place to visit the French Riviera since you will be only 30 minutes from Monaco and Cannes, 10 minutes from Nice and Antibes.
The country side is also worth seeing with several ski resorts located only 1.5 hours drive from the studio.
