3BR 2.5BA townhome with small private splash pool overlooking the lake with a walkway around the lake for those romantic hand holding strolls.

New twin bedroom and Queen bedroom in 2019. Bedroom carpets were replaced with laminate flooring in April 2018 and the interior was repainted in October 2018. Photos not updated yet.

This spacious town home boasts a queen master bedroom with a private en suite bathroom and two other bedrooms with a shared bath upstairs. TV in the master suite. Completing this home is the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom and a utility room with washer & dryer, all on the ground floor. The living room overlooks the pool and lake.

1 Bedroom with two Twin Beds

For the kids – Home is equipped with: Crib, High Chair and Stroller.

We can arrange for a BBQ gas grill if you wish to have one during your stay.

This gated vacation resort features a great clubhouse with fitness center, cyber cafe and games room. Relax and Enjoy the two large heated Community pools & spas! Go to UNIVERSAL Studios about 25 minutes away or DISNEY only 10 minutes away or Stay in the Resort to relax.

First let me say I have been an ongoing repeated guest at Encantada and have never out of all the years I've stayed in this resort experienced the horrible conditions that I encountered this time around. The conditions of 3131 Yellow Lantana Ln+ Morewere deplorable beginning with the sofas the black stains that are in the fabric on the armrest on the seat cushions are sickening these couches need to be thrown out and replaced with sofas that can be easily cleaned. Secondly, the ROACH problem is more than just the occasional roach that finds it's way into the house...this was more like an infestation giant roaches everywhere my son refused to sleep in the townhouse and went to sleep in the car...needless to say we could not complete our stay and left with 4 days still remaining. Thirdly, when you open the drawers many of them are broken also need to be replaced. Fourthly, The TVs look like Computer monitors that's how small they are it would make a huge difference with at minimum a 60" tv If these issues are taken care of the place would be much better off seriously!

I don’t like to be mean because the owner is very nice but this house needs some work. There was water damage in the house in Emerald Island we had chosen so we opted to move to a house in Encantada. While it was nice of the owner to make this+ Moreoffer, we think it was a bad decision (although we haven’t seen the original house). One of the reasons we moved was the new offer included a private pool. Unfortunately there was algae on the walls and dirt on the bottom of the pool so we didn’t go in. The back yard had weeds growing between the bricks and the screen enclosure was broken when we arrived. The cleaning staff was still there when we arrived at 3 pm. To be fair, check in was at 4, but we have rented about a dozen homes and early check in has never been an issue. The sofas were so stained that I put sheets down so we could sit on them. I cleaned the railing going upstairs myself because it was sticky and dirty. The dresser in the master bedroom had broken drawers. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 9:30 am on the day of checkout to remind us of the 10 am check out. Again, this has never been an issue in other homes. We had a friendly ginkgo in our bathroom and we find them quite cute so it didn’t bother us. We did wonder if it got in, could something more poisonous join us. Encantada doesn’t offer many activities compared to Emerald Island so I regret my decision to change houses. We will stay in Emerald Island from now on.

The location was nice and quiet. Beautiful landscaping. The pools and hot tubs were clean and inviting. The property itself needed a thorough cleaning. Upholstered furniture in the living room was stained and dirty. We spread towels on the+ Moresofas before sitting on them. Tile floors needed a good scrubbing. It would have been nice to have had arrival details at least 2 days in advance.
