We really didn’t have any questions, other than a few of at the end questions of heading out. It’s a great location of being close to the gate to exit, but being tucked in, so you’re not around any kind of traffic. We did not hear a peep or bang or anything from neighbors. It was like we were in our own house. Maybe quieter. The one thing that kind of threw us is there wasn’t a closet available in the master. This only came up because my husband had to go on a couple of day work trips where he needed to have suits. He flew out early in the morning and had to hang them up in the kids bedroom. On one of our normal trips to Disney when he did not have to take business trips? This would not have been an issue because there is so much drawer space in the master bedroom. At Disney you generally wear T-shirts & shorts, which I think, do not need to be hung up. It would not deter us from renting this unit again. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and such were great. The kitchen was well stocked as well. We have stayed in Oakwater for probably 6 or 7 years, and a couple of times a year and this is one of our favorite units. I would highly recommend this spot.

Truly enjoy our stay simple and sweet. We did have a small problem with the water heater being off. But we called and they came out early to fix it and we had hot water. So everything else was good.

My family of 4 stayed in this unit for close to 2 weeks. It was very clean. As with any VRBO you need to plan on getting some of your own supplies. We set up a Walmart pick up to do right before we arrived. Got detergent, dishwashing pods, trash+ Morebags, etc. The Walmart is next door. I wish it had been aired out a bit prior to our stay as there was a lingering mustiness. I had to clean thick dust from master ceiling fan and sweep the floors on both levels. The chain for the sink drain needed replacing and the stopper wouldn't+ Morecome up to drain the waiting the hall bath but when I reported it, the repairman came the next day. Overall the place is comfortable and decent and has all the necessities expected in a house. Fully functional kitchen with dishes and utensils, all appliances -big and small. Clean linens and towels. We enjoyed the community pool and clubhouse.

Mike was easy to work with and he was very responsive with any questions. The house was clean and had lots of linens and kitchen ware to use. Very convenient for our Disney vacation. Great price for what you get. Will definitely stay again!

This is our first time staying at a VRBO, we usually stay at one of our favorite hotel chains. The townhouse was well represented with the photos provided. Mark and Mike were very responsive to any questions. The unit was clean, beds were pretty+ Morecomfy and certainly gave us more space which was very nice esp with teenage daughters. There is a Walmart within walking distance which was convenient. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool area since we spent our days at the local theme parks. My only complaint would be the amount of traffic in the area. There are really only two ways (at least that I was able to find) to get to the unit from the theme parks and traffic was always backed up. But Orlando in general has a lot of heavy traffic areas esp I-4. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good location. Well stocked and comfortable. The screened porch is nice to sit in while it's raining. Kitchen had all we needed for preparing meals. If you need supplies, there is a Walmart right next door. The place is a zoo in the+ Moreevenings, so go in the morning. Easy access to Disney and the interstate. Quite a bit of space. Our group of 5 didn't feel like we were stumbling over each other. all in all, a very nice stay.

A few things to note, the hair dryer was not working and another remark was made and the issue had not been addressed. The coffee+ Moremachine is very outdated and had to get some coffee filters as none were provided. The water pressure in the shower was subpar.

The home was exactly as advertised. Mark was an excellent and responsive host. The morning after checking in I discovered that the hot water was lukewarm at best. I messaged Mark requesting to have the hot water heater temperature adjusted and he+ Morehad someone at the house within hours! That is excellent customer service! The property had a great gym, tennis courts, pool and is within walking distance to the nearby Walmart. Everything you could possibly need to feel the comforts of home are available to guests. Cookware, dishes, cable in every bedroom. My only constructive feedback would be to consider placing blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Although the Florida sunshine is beautiful, it isn't always the preference to wake up to at 7:00 AM.

Great place to stay! Close proximity to theme parks as well as restaurants and shopping.

The unit was perfect and impeccable! Next time I am planning a vacation to Kissimmee I will be checking to see if this unit is available for a repeat stay. It is conveniently close to the parks and the fact that it was behind a Walmart turned out to+ Morebe a blessing since we actually forgot a few things! The unit was clean and we loved all of the extra little things the cleaning crew seems to have done, like the little toilet paper flower and paper towel flower ;-)
